The FIO Adjustable Bench is one of the toughest, heavy-duty adjustable bench in the fitness space. This bench is a great for a long-term investment. It’s durable, weighs 125lbs and is made from 11 gauge and 7 gauge steel. Two wheels and an oversized stainless steel pull handle make it easily adjustable and conveniently portable.
The FIO Adjustable Bench was designed for saving space while increasing efficiency. The closed ladder system allows for easy adjustment of the back pad (0, 15, 30, 45, 60, 75, and 85 degrees) and seat pad (0, 15, 30).
The gap between the seat and back is almost nonexistent (only 2" when flat), designed for maximum comfort while lifting. And wait until you try the grippy nylon pads!
